A scalable loading process

The Formulite® loading process is intentionally simple: dissolve, load, mix and dry. Using conventional pharmaceutical unit operations, it provides a straightforward and scalable route to an amorphous drug formulation.

Compatible with standard oral dosage manufacturing

Formulite® is designed to fit into established oral solid dosage manufacturing workflows. Its free-flowing powder properties are retained after drug loading, enabling direct processing into tablets or capsules and, in many cases, eliminating the need for a separate granulation step.

High drug loading with robust processability

Formulite® typically supports drug loading of approximately 20–40% w/w, depending on the drug compound. High loading combined with good powder flowability can reduce excipient burden and support smaller, more manageable tablets and capsules.

Supporting development from feasibility to scale-up

Formulite® can support a development program from early feasibility through preclinical and clinical development toward commercial manufacturing. This can reduce reformulation needs and simplify technology transfer during scale-up.
